The weight of the beef after it has been dressed but before it has been aged, cut, packaged, and frozen.
Whole and ½ Beef can be custom cut — we will reach out to you at the time of processing to go over your cuts with the butcher.
¼ Beef consists of one-pound packs of burger, roasts, and steaks. If you would like to substitute more burger for the roasts, we are happy to do that!


Winola Farm Beef is a family-owned and operated beef store in South Daytona, Florida. We source all our beef from our family farm in Pennsylvania, managed by our son Alex.
Our beef is hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and pasture-raised. We raise Belted Galloways and partner with other farms to offer Black Angus Beef.
